Biona amaranth popcorn can be mixed with other breakfast cereals, eaten on its own or used in baking. Puffed amaranth is usually used as a breakfast cereal. It's perfectly good on its own - just add milk for a consistency that's somewhere between muesli and porridge. You can also add puffed amaranth to many baking recipes - simply add to any biscuit mix to give biscuits a softer, more "cookie-like" consistency.
