Simplot IQF Chopped Spinach - 20 lb. package, 1 package per case (Individually Quick Frozen) 1" X 1" leaf cut size. No additional cost per serving over wet pack. 60% less prep time than wet pack. 18% higher yield than wet pack. IQF frozen-use just what you need. PREP INSTRUCTIONS: STEAMER: Place 48 oz in a half-size slotted steam table pan. Steam for 10 minutes. Drain thoroughly. STOVE TOP: Place 32 oz in a china cap. Immerse into a kettle of boiling water. Cover and cook for 6 minutes or until water returns to a boil. MICROWAVE: Place 16 oz in a 900 WATT microwave for approximately 4 minutes. 3 oz. serving size.
