From our Moloka'i Estate to you, we grow, harvest, sun-dry, mill, roast, freshly pack, and deliver the richest coffee Hawai'i can offer. In the beginning, specially selected coffee seedlings were started from our Red Catuai beans in our nursery then carefully replanted on our Estate grounds. The perfect climate and volcanic soil bless our Estate in Kualapu'u enabling us to produce an exceptional and rare coffee commercially grown on Moloka'i. Additionally, our in-house Roastmaster had perfected a roasting technique to create a high quality, rich-bodied coffee with chocolate undertones unique to our 100% Moloka'i Estate-grown coffees.
