Mix 500g of korean pancake mix and 850ml of cold water with a balloon whisk. Add sliced kimchi, leeks, green onions, onions, mushrooms, ect to the mixed batter. Thinity spread out the mixed batter with the sliced vegetables on greased frying pan and keep flipping for 3 or 4 minutes.
