Ingredients Water, roux enriched bleached wheat flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), soybean oil], chicken base, salt, corn syrup solids, corn starch, hydrolyzed soy, corn and wheat protein with partiallyhydrogenated vegetable oil (cottonseed andor soybean oils), chicken fat, natural flavors, sugar, silicon dioxide, (to prevent caking), artificial flavors, dried onion, turmeric, spices, disodium inosinate, disodium guanylate], tomato paste, butter flavored oil partially hydrogenatedsoybean oil, soy lecithin, artificial flavor, natural butter flavor, vitamin A palminate and beta carotene (colors)], dried onion, dried bell peppers, lecithin, garlic powder, dried celery, spices, onion powder, paprika, citric acid, malic acid, potassium sorbate, (preservatives), tricqlcium phosphate (flow agent), NO MSg. Directions 1- Empty contents into a 4 quart pot. Fill empty jar half with water and mix water in with sauce. 2- Add 1lb of seafood (shrimp or crawfish) or diced chicken breast. 3- Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and let simmer until seafood or chicken is cooked.
