Our mild seaside climate provides protection from freezing and fosters early ripening of these hand-picked olives. Thus, the acidity of numeruno is extremely low. We offer oil unfiltered because this style retains the naturally rich and fruity flavor we prefer at home. Numerounos name came into being in 1850 when bicocchi family received a royal grant for the first "presella"-piece of land-to be drained from maremmas marshes. Today this unspoiled land continues to be the "ravida" family home and a model farm devoted to traditional production of the finest fruits.
