Muso From Japan Organic umami puree is a natural umami rich seasoning available in 3 flavors. Savory, aka "shoo joji", is made with Oi (fermented reic em a lt) and brine then aged. Ginger and chili, aka "shout koi", koi infused with ginger or chili then aged with traditionally brewed soy sauce. Us as an alternative to salt/soy sauce for any tupe of coking and pickling.
