Retain Product and Packaging: Do not discard the damaged item or its packaging.
Provide Proof: Submit photographic evidence of the damage, including part numbers and descriptions, for replacement.
No Shipping Costs for Returns: We cover the return shipping costs for damaged or defective items.
Resolution Time: The resolution time may depend on the shipping carrier and can take up to 7 business days.
Credit Issuance: In some cases, we may issue partial credit for the damaged product.
Product Odor: Odor-related issues are not considered defects and returns based on odor are subject to our regular return policy.
