At GroceryeShop, we aim to resolve any issues with damaged or defective products quickly and efficiently. If your product arrives damaged, please follow the steps below for a smooth resolution.

Steps to Report Damaged Goods:

  1. Report within 36 Hours: Notify our Customer Service (CS) within 36 hours of delivery. Damages reported after 7 days are not eligible for resolution.
  2. Retain Product and Packaging: Do not discard the damaged item or its packaging.
  3. Provide Proof: Submit photographic evidence of the damage, including part numbers and descriptions, for replacement.
  4. No Shipping Costs for Returns: We cover the return shipping costs for damaged or defective items.
  5. Resolution Time: The resolution time may depend on the shipping carrier and can take up to 7 business days.
  6. Credit Issuance: In some cases, we may issue partial credit for the damaged product.
  7. Product Odor: Odor-related issues are not considered defects and returns based on odor are subject to our regular return policy.
  8. Buyer’s Remorse: If you change your mind after purchase, a replacement request may be denied. You may be responsible for return shipping and a restocking fee.
