At GroceryeShop, we prioritize customer satisfaction. Our goal is to make returns and refunds as hassle-free as possible.
Return Conditions:
- Damaged or Incorrect Products: If your product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, request a Return Authorization (RA) number within 15 days of delivery.
- Return Authorization (RA): Returns are only accepted with a valid RA number, which expires 7 days after issuance.
- Restocking Fee: Returns for non-defective items will incur a 25% restocking fee.
- Unapproved Returns: Products returned without an RA number will not be processed and may incur additional fees.
Refund Criteria:
- Product Condition: Items must be returned in original packaging, free from damage, and with any security seals intact.
- Shipping Guidelines: Products should be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
- Refund Process: Returns may take up to 15 business days to process.
Defective or Missing Items:
- Resolution: Affected units will be replaced or a partial credit will be issued.
- No Additional Credit: Replacements will not receive additional credits.
Return Shipping:
- Customer Responsibility: Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
- Refundable Shipping: Shipping charges will be refunded if the product was damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped.
- Carrier Choice: Use a carrier that provides delivery confirmation, and include your RA number when returning the item.
