Stir 1 1/4 cups of pancake mix into 1 cup of cold water and 2 tbsp. of oil until well combined. Preheat an oiled skillet or griddle to 375F. Pour the mix into the skillet or griddle using a funnel, bowl, or pancake-mix dispenser until the mix reaches your desired size.
