Product Description
Each package contains a one-of-a-kind single-step French macaron baking mix and a tasty Swiss buttercream filling mix. All you need is a stand or handheld electric mixer. Just add water, mix, pipe, and bake to make the macaron cookie shells (i.e., the top and bottom halves). Making the buttercream filling is just as simple. Watch the how-to video on this page to learn how simple the whole process is. There is no need to deal with messy egg whites, make meringue, blend and sift almond sugar mixture, or perform other tedious steps. Your macarons should be ready within 30 minutes. Macarons can be colored with food coloring and flavored with extracts or other ingredients. See below for examples. You will need two trays, silicone baking mats, a pastry bag, a kitchen scale, and a meat thermometer.
