Manufacturing Procedure: 1. Coarse grind meat through a 1/2 Inch plate. 2. Transfer to mixer, add seasoning and mix for 3 to 5 minutes. 3. Regrind though a 3/16 inch plate. 4. Package in bulk or stuff into casings. (for smaller portions, mix 2.4 ounce of seasoning per 5 pounds of meat)
