RECIPE:Spicy Chicken with Vegetables

6 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 onion, chopped
½ tsp. Rani turmeric
1 tsp. Rani coriander powder
1 tsp. Rani cumin powder
1 tsp. Rani Extra Hot Chili Powder
2 tbsp. water
1 ½ lbs skinless, boneless chicken, cubed
2 lbs tomatoes, chopped
1 large green pepper, chopped
5 garlic cloves, chopped
2 fresh green chilies, chopped
Heat the oil in a large fry pan or wok, add the onion and fry until soft. Mix in turmeric, coriander, cumin, chili powder and water. Cook until water has evaporated. Add the pieces of chicken and fry on all sides. Add tomatoes and a salt to taste. Cover and cook for 15min. add the green pepper, garlic and chilies. Uncover and cook until tomato juices have evaporated and chicken is cooked through
