The onion juice is pure and definitely adds a nice kick to my dressings. However, be careful with how much you use, as it can be a bit strong for some dishes. Otherwise, it’s a good product!

Arrived damaged, but works fine
My bottle of Howard's Onion Juice came with some leakage, which was disappointing. That said, once I cleaned it up, the product itself is good for cooking. It gives my sauces a nice depth of flavor. Just wish the packaging was better!
