Disappointed with Quality
I was excited to try this Arborio rice, but some of the pouches had grains that were hard and not as fluffy as I'd like. It’s usable but not my first choice for risotto. Not sure I’ll buy again.

Great buy, but shipping took a while
The rice is excellent for making creamy risottos. I wish it had arrived a bit faster, though. I ended up waiting longer than expected, but the taste made it worth it!
