Good, but a bit clumpy
While I enjoy the nutritional benefits of this chia seed powder, I found it clumped together sometimes when mixed in water. It took me a bit longer to get it to dissolve fully. Still a solid product though!

Not what I expected
I thought I'd love this chia seed powder, but the texture isn't what I hoped for. It kind of sticks together instead of mixing smoothly in my recipes. I might look for a finer powder next time.
