For all the burger-lovers out there, here's a filling, nutritious, and vegan version that you can enjoy with no guilt involved! Packed with seeds and seasonings, you're bound to fall in love with this oatburger mix and share it with your loved ones.

*New Recipe uses Non-GMO Soy Fines, which contain no sodium, are lower in fat, have fewer carbs, and more protein than the previous soy grits
Instructions:
For Burger Patties: Bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Add 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil and 1 tablespoon of salt. Stir 4 cups of the mix into the pot. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer for 1 minute. Remove from heat. When cool, form into patties about a half-inch thick. Bake at 350 degrees on an oiled sheet pan for about 20 minutes per side. 4 cups of dry mix make about 16 patties. Enjoy!
