My family and I have been in the Tofu and Soy Milk business for over 40 years. This is the Glucono Delta Lactone (GDL) that we use to make our Silken Tofu and Tofu Flower/Tofu Pudding. We have used many different brands in the past but this has ZERO black specks so we can be assured that there will be no black specks in our finished products. It is a GDL that we can trust 100% so this is why we decided to sell it to customers that want to try to make their own tofu products. Also it is 100% Product of USA so the production methods are held to a higher standard.
