Yirgacheffe, located in Southern Ethiopia, is one of the most popular African districts. It is very well known for producing high-quality Ethiopian coffee beans. The acidic and mineral dense soil along with extreme altitudes create the perfect coffee growing micro-climate. Our natural-style beans are naturally dried on raised beds with the laying down of red cherry. Our beans are grown in an area surrounded by forest cover as well as rain-forest, which provide natural shade for the majority of the Arabica plants.
