Aiva Masoor Dal (or also called Red Split Lentils) is used to make soups, curries, stews, and can be a delightful addition to any meal. Great source of a natural protein, ideal for vegetarians & vegans. We only sell the most recent crop that is stored in a weather controlled facility so that you can get maximum freshness. Natural Product Cooking: Sort the lentils and rinse in water thoroughly. Soak in water as desired. When ready to cook, placed the soaked lentils in a pot in freshwater, and bring water to boil, cook based on the recipe you choose.
