We Offer Two Different Kinds Of Whole Wheat Flour, Multi-Purpose (Soft White Wheat Flour) And White Bread Flour (Hard White Wheat Flour) As Well As Whole Wheat Flour (Hard Red Winter Wheat Flour) And Whole Wheat Bread Flour (Hard Red Spring Wheat Flour). Our Flour Is Unbleached, Un-Bromated, Non-Irritated With No Additives. Flour Is Typically A Blend Of Red And White Wheat As Well As Hard And Soft Wheat That Ranges In Protein From 8-13% And Usually Only Utilizes The Endosperm Of The Wheat Kernel. We Are Able To Provide A Whole Wheat Flour That Has The Same Qualities As All-Purpose But Gives You The Nutrients From Every Part Of The Whole Grain. Our Soft White Wheat Berries Have A Protein Of 11% Which Creates One Of The Best Multi-Purpose Or All-Purpose Flours.
