Our vegan noodles are free from preservatives, emulsifiers, and all the artificial flavors found in large-scale industrial recipes.Ingredients: GMO-free corn flour, GMO-free rice flour.Cooking Instructions:1. Bring 4 qt. of water to a rapid boil.2. Add 2 tbsp. sea salt and 8 oz. pasta to the water.3. Leave the pot uncovered and stir occasionally while cooking the pasta, approximately 9 minutes for traditional al dente or 11 minutes for softer texture.4. Sample the pasta to ensure its reached your desired consistency and salt absorption.5. Drain pasta well, then return it to the same pot used for cooking. Dress with 2 tbsp. olive oil (we like extra virgin), stir, and add in your favorite sauce.Storage:Shelf-stable for 30 months after production.
