The Burlap Bag Has A Zipper And Carrying Handle On Top To Make Storage And Transport Easier.Instructions: Store Rice In Cool And Dry Place.Cooking Instructions:1 Cup Royal Basmati Rice.1 1/2 Cups Water.Pinch Of Salt.Stove Top Cooking:Rinse Measured Rice 1 To 2 Time To Remove Extra Starch, Then Drain. Place One Cup Of Rice (200 G) And 1 1/2 Cups Water (375 Ml) In A Sauce Pan. Add Salt To Taste. Bring To A Vigorous Boil. Stir, Reduce Heat To Medium And Let Simmer Covered For 12-14 Minutes.
