Pure, Strained Raw Honey. Multifloral light amber color honey (between 55MM and 80MM Pfund scale) with a moisture level no more than 18%. As a raw product, multifloral honey will crystallize. Only processed and pasteurized honey will stay liquid por a long period of time. If really raw multifloral honey stays liquid for a long time is because is not really raw or it has a high moisture level, which is a problem because it allows fermentation on the product.
