Decent Quality, But Pricey
The buckwheat itself is high quality and I love that it's organic and non-GMO. However, I think the price is a bit steep for just 16oz. It's great for making pancakes, but I wish it came in a larger size for the price.

Not What I Expected
I was excited to try this buckwheat, but I found it had a bit of a gritty texture that I wasn't expecting. It’s okay in soups but not great for porridge. I’ll be looking for a different brand next time.
