I was excited to try this ginger, but it didn’t have the strong flavor I associate with fresh ginger. It’s okay for cooking, but I expected more kick. At least it’s organic, so I'm happy about that aspect.

I love this organic ground ginger from 365 by Whole Foods. The flavor is so fresh and really enhances my baking recipes. Just the right spice level and not too overpowering, plus I appreciate that it’s organic!

Disappointed with the packaging
When I received the ginger, the package was damaged, and some of the spice spilled out. The actual ginger is decent, but I’m not thrilled with how it arrived. Definitely need better packaging!
