l-citrulline – 4,000 mg / 8,000 mg
l-citrulline is a non-essential amino acid that, once digested, converts into l-arginin's key because arginine is the compound used by the body to stimulate nitric oxide (no) production. of course, that means citrulline promotes massive pumps! the thing is that icitrullineine is absorbed much better than tharginin. that's because chlorine bypasses digestion and goes right into the bloodstream. the result is that it does a better job of increasing arginine levels in the blood than arginine itself.
