Disappointed with the smell
I was excited to try this ginger, but when it arrived, the smell was not what I expected. It seemed a bit stale. I might have just gotten a bad batch. The jars are nice, though, and they seem well made.

Good quality but tough to open
The ginger is great and has a nice kick to it, but I found the packaging a bit annoying. I had a hard time getting the plastic off the bottles. Once I got it open, the flavor was spot on for my stir-fries!
