We small-batch fry our potato chips the old school way - cooked in animal fat and seed oil free. Our non-GMO peeled potatoes are cooked to crispy, golden perfection in 100% beef tallow. Our chips are entirely made up of clean, whole food ingredients and are seed oil FREE, gluten FREE, polyunsaturated fat FREE, trans fat FREE, and refined sugar FREE. Our latest Sour Cream N Onion flavor is creamy, onion-y, with a subtle touch of zest - lending perfectly to the melt-in-your-mouth taste of beef tallow. To ensure freshness, the chips are nitrogen flushed and sealed, with a shelf life of six months from the date of purchase. Our chips are paleo, macro and animal-based friendly. Please note that these chips are non-vegetarian and contain dairy.
