I really enjoy the Sweet Dreams tea but found that if I drink too much, it can upset my stomach. Just a cup or two before bed works wonders for my sleep, though. Overall, satisfied with this pack!

Nice Tea, Packaging Issues
I really enjoy Bigelow's Sweet Dreams, but the packaging arrived a little dented and some bags were slightly crumpled. The tea is great for relaxation, but I wish it had been better packaged for delivery.
