I was excited to try these agave crystals, but the packaging arrived damaged, which was disappointing. The sweetener itself is great, and I love that it's family-friendly, but I wish the delivery was better. Will give it another shot!

Good, but not great for baking
The agave crystals from Blue Green Organics are a decent sugar alternative, especially if you're avoiding carbs. I like that it’s gluten-free, but I found that it doesn’t dissolve well in baked goods. Better for drinks than baking!
