かい赤い冬小麦、および石灰岩で濾過したケンタッキー州の純粋な湧き水を使用し
てマイクロブルワリーで醸造しました。大豆を発酵させ、バーボン樽で熟成させま
す。スモーキーかつ芳醇で、オーク(楢)のエッセンスと、ケンタッキーのバーボン
を連想させるマイルドな甘さがあります。
ブルーグラス醤油は、「Bizarre Foods America」、「America’s Heartland」、
