I like the flavor of the muffins, but the baking instructions were a bit vague. It took me a couple of tries to get the timing right. Packing was fine, but I wish it had more details.

Delicious Muffins Every Time!
I’ve been using Bob's Red Mill Cornbread Muffin Mix for a few months now, and I’m still amazed at how easy it is to make moist muffins. The 24 oz pack of 4 is great for family gatherings! Just add eggs and milk, and you're good to go!

Good, but not what I expected
The cornbread muffins turned out fine, but I thought they'd be sweeter based on the description. They’ve got a nice texture, though. I’d consider using it again with some added honey or sugar.

Arrived Damaged
Unfortunately, my pack of muffin mix arrived with a hole in it, and some of the mix spilled out. I wasn’t happy about that, but the muffins I made from what I could salvage were tasty.

Quick and Easy Baking
I bought this mix for a camping trip and it was super convenient! Each pack makes 12 muffins easily, and they turned out fluffy and tasty. Just wish the packs were resealable for storage after opening.
