I used Bob's Red Mill GF Egg Replacer for some muffins, and while they came out edible, the flavor was off. They didn’t rise as much as I hoped. Maybe it was me, but the texture wasn't great either. I might give it another shot, but I’m not convinced yet.

Perfect for my paleo diet!
I love this egg replacer from Bob's Red Mill. As someone on a paleo diet, finding a suitable egg alternative can be tough. This 12-ounce bag is perfect, especially knowing it replaces 34 eggs! It works great in my baking without any weird aftertaste. Highly satisfied!

Good but a bit tricky to use
I tried the Bob's Red Mill Egg Replacer for pancakes, and it was decent. It’s gluten-free and vegan, which I love, but I found it a little tricky to figure out the right amount for perfect fluffiness. It worked ultimately, but I think I need more practice!
