While I found the Bob's Red Mill Semolina Flour to be good quality, I was hoping for a finer grind. It's a bit coarser than what I usually use for baking, which made my bread not as smooth. Still, it did work well for some recipes, just had to adjust my expectations. 3 stars for that.

Disappointed with my order
Unfortunately, my bag of Bob's Red Mill Semolina Flour arrived with a tear and some flour spilled out in the box. I contacted customer service, but it took a while to get a response. The flour itself seemed fine, but the packaging could use some work. Sad about the whole experience.

Great for homemade pasta!
I bought the Bob's Red Mill Semolina Flour to make fresh pasta, and it turned out amazing! The texture is perfect, and it gives the pasta a nice, firm bite. The 1.5 lb bag is just the right size for a couple of batches. Will definitely be buying more!
