Delivery was delayed
The rice itself is great, but I had a problem with delivery. It took longer than expected to arrive, which was annoying since I had planned to cook a big dinner. The rice is nice and fluffy, though, so at least that part worked out!

Bag arrived damaged
Unfortunately, my 10 lb bag of rice arrived with a hole in it. I managed to salvage some, but I was disappointed. The rice is good when it’s intact, but I wasn’t happy with the packaging. I hope the next one arrives in better shape!
