How it works

1. Pour your own bourbon or whiskey into each jar. The label tells you how much.
2. Let it infuse for 2 to 8 hours.
3. Follow the simple pouring instructions printed on the jar.

Ready the same day you open it. A shorter steep gives a lighter, brighter flavor; the full 8 hours makes it bolder.

Two sizes

• Small set – three 6 oz hex jars with light gold lids, each makes 2–3 drinks
• Large set – three 16 oz mason jars with bright gold lids, each makes 5–6 drinks

Shelf life & storage

• Unopened, kits keep about 11 months from the day they ship. We guarantee at least 9 months of shelf life remaining when your order arrives.
• Store the sealed jars somewhere cool and dry, out of direct sunlight.
• Once infused, strain out the fruit and solids and keep the infused whiskey refrigerated.
• Each jar is made for one excellent infusion. The jars are yours to keep.
