These Dense, Hard Beans Require A Slow, Long Roast With An Elevated Higher Roast Temperature. We Roast All Of Our Beans By Sight, But Are Assisted By 36 Years Of Roasting Experience. The Finished Roast Is Deep And Dark, Not Charred Or Burnt.
