Here's what makes this special: the tahini and roasted peppers create a rich, thick base that carries the heat differently than thin vinegar sauces. The burn doesn't hit you instantly, it builds deliberately, layer by layer, until you're fully immersed. That signature thickness still coats food perfectly, but now with serious firepower behind it.
