Kashmiri Yakhni Pulao Recipe: Ingredients of Kashmiri Yakhni Pulao: 1 Cup Rice 250 gram Chicken, Whole spices, 2 medium Onions (Sliced And Fried), 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds, Salt to taste, to taste Red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp Coriander powder to taste, 3 tbsp Yakhni Pulao Masala, 2 tbsp Curd. How to Make Kashmiri Yakhni Pulao 1.Combine all the whole spices and wrap in a muslin cloth. Tie it from all ends to make a polti (bag). 2.Boil chicken pieces in water along with the spice potli. 3.Remove the poti and keep the stock. This is called yakhni. 4.Heat ghee in a pan. Roast the rest of the spices for a minute. Add yakhni (chicken stock). 5.Add rice and add okhli musal brand yakhni pulao masala and cook till rice is done. Top with fried onion slices.
