CHOCOMELHER Man by Melher is a compound chocolate coating with peanuts pieces, that is mainly used to cover frozen fruits such as bananas, strawberries, watermelons, pineapples, sorbets and ice creams. With a 13.22 oz package you can cover up to 40 banana halves. When used with frozen fruits, CHOCOMELHER Man dries right away. The steps to make chocobananos with Melhers chocolate coating is to peel and cut the bananas, place a skew in the center and freeze for at least 24 hours. The second step is to melt the CHOCOMELHER Man , you can do it in a bain-marie or using a rice cooker. Split the Melher chocolate coating tablet, calculating the amount of chocolate you are going to use to cover the exact number of split bananas. Place the CHOCOMELHER Man in the saucepan and melt it over low heat until it is completely melted. CHOCOMELHER Man should not be heated over direct heat, as it can burn and when burned it is useless and damaged. The third step is the most fun and is when you bathe the bananas you have frozen in step 1 with chocolate. You can be very creative using CHOCOMELHER Man because you can use it to make crunchy chocobananos. The natural salty flavor of the peanuts enhaces deliciously CHOCOMELHER Man .
