The Turducken is a delicious partially deboned turkey with bone-in wings and legs attached. The turkey is stuffed with a whole boneless duck and a whole boneless chicken. Between each layer is then stuffed with creole pork & cornbread. The turducken is seasoned, frozen, then vacuum sealed. The Turducken does not require any preparation only thaw the turducken and pop into the oven. Guaranteed to be a family favorite! Unit Size 10 lb Serves approximately 15-20 Thawing Instructions: Turducken must thaw completely before cooking. For best results, remove from box, leave in vacuum-sealed bag and thaw in refrigeration for approximately 48-72 hours or in cold water for 6-8 hours. Cooking Instructions: Remove from bag. Bake at 325F, breast side up, on a rack in a roasting pan, covered for 3 hours, then uncovered for 30 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165F.
