Decent flour, but a bit clumpy
I've tried the Cup4Cup gluten-free flour for several recipes and it works well, but I did notice it can get a little clumpy if not mixed well. It’s still a solid choice for gluten-free baking, just give it a good whisk before using. The size is also great for the price!
