The toffee itself is where we start: cooked just to that precise moment where butter and sugar transform into something magical—crisp but not tooth-breaking, rich but not cloying. Then we coat each piece in dark chocolate that adds depth without overwhelming the toffee's buttery character. The sea salt version gets a sprinkle of flaky Maine sea salt that amplifies every flavor.
Made in small batches in our Rockland facility, this toffee is always fresh—which matters more with toffee than almost any other confection. Stale toffee is sad and chewy. Fresh toffee snaps cleanly and melts into pure buttery satisfaction. According to our customers, this is "the best toffee in the US," "the perfect combination," and generally impossible to keep away from family members who will eat the entire bag if you're not vigilant.
