It comes with a culinary torch, 4 porcelain ramekins, crme brulee mix, and caramelizing sugar. The fully adjustable torch has a powerful 2450 degree F antiflare and uses easily obtainable butane fuel, which is not included in the set for safety during transit. The crme brulee mix can be prepared up to a day ahead of time, and takes only 10 minutes to make. Just add cream and milk to the mix, simmer, chill, and you'll have perfect crme brulee ready for caramelizing at your convenience.
