Disappointed with texture
I was really excited to try these gluten-free gnocchi, but I found the texture off compared to regular gnocchi. They fell apart a bit, which made my dish less appealing. Not sure I would buy again unless I can figure out a better cooking method.

Great for gluten-free diets!
These mini gnocchi from DeLallo are a fantastic addition to my gluten-free meals. The 12oz box is perfect for a family dinner. They taste great with a simple sauce and cook fast, though I did find them a bit sticky at times. Overall, a solid buy!
