Ingredients
For the cake mix (159g): Wheat flour, sugar, raising agents (disodium diphosphate, sodium bicarbonate), modified starch, emulsifiers (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, polyglycerol esters of fatty acids), salt, flavoring.
For the milk sauce mix (81g): Modified starch, thickener (carrageenan), flavoring.
For the caramel sauce (75g): Sugar, glucose syrup, water, modified starch, color (caramel), flavoring, preservative (potassium sorbate).
Contains: Wheat (gluten). You will need: 3 eggs, 600ml milk (approximately 2½ cups), 200ml cream (approximately ¾ cup).
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once prepared, refrigerate the cake and consume within 2-3 days. For best results, bake between 25-35 minutes at approximately 160°C (320°F) for conventional ovens or at the top rack for turbo ovens.
