I was excited to try this Ume Plum Vinegar but honestly, it wasn't what I thought it would be. The flavor is a bit too strong for my taste, and I was hoping for something a little milder. Maybe I’ll find a use for it, but it’s not my favorite.

Good product but slow shipping
The Ume Plum Vinegar is really tasty and works well in my dressings. However, it took almost a week longer to arrive than I expected. I was almost out of my previous bottle! Still, this vinegar is a must-have for flavor enthusiasts.
