A superb variety with smooth buttery flavor, sometimes called Sieva beans. Great as a side and in soups, salads, or mashed. They made succotash famous with sweet corn. Rich in thiamin B1 and a good source of healthy fiber, protein, iron, magnesium, and zinc. No salt added. Packed in bisphenol-A (BPA) free can linings since April 1999.
