Watch out for the questionable imports! These are made by a New England company that has been an industry leader making these maple syrup since 1970. . 16 bottles & 16 caps included. Directions included with tips on home maple syrup production. Bottling of Maple Syrup should be done at about 190 degrees. You want to temperature of the syrup to be at least 185 degrees at the moment that you screw the cap on the bottle. Any candy thermometer should suffice. This will ensure that your bottling will be successful without spoiled product. Jugs can be washed and re-used, but caps are 1-time use.
